Who Am I?

Who am I? is the only question the seeker of reality has to ask. That does not mean that your mind will find the answer. The question itself will stop your mind. When the mind is still, you will know what you are. Then, when thought or activity reappears, you will know yourself to be prior to these creations of mind and free of them. The part will never find the Whole; it is only the Whole that knows itself as Totality. Just stop! Stop to notice what is here when you do not go to memory or ideas to define yourself.
